These Terms govern your access to and use of the Coslia mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Coslia Team ("Coslia", "we", "us", or "our").
1) Eligibility (17+)
The Service is intended for users age 17 and older. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 17 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Whether you're crafting costumes, recording themed performances, or engaging with other users, Coslia is designed to bring your passion to the spotlight. Dive into a world of inspiration and entertainment today!
Certain features may be optional and may require you to upload content (such as photos, images, text, or videos). Some creative tools may be AI-assisted; if you choose to use them, you control whether you upload content and whether you generate outputs.
3) Account Registration and Security
- Accurate information: Provide accurate information (such as name, username, and email) and keep it updated.
- Credential security: Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Notify us: Inform us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach involving your account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4) User Content
"User Content" means any content you submit, post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Service, including text, photos, images, videos, audio, and messages.
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, to operate the Service, you grant Coslia a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete the relevant User Content from the Service, except to the extent we must retain it for legal, security, or backup purposes consistent with our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and that your User Content and use of the Service do not violate any law or any third-party rights.
5) Prohibited Conduct
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Post illegal content or content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others.
- Post hateful, discriminatory, or violent content.
- Post sexual content involving minors or any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) (strictly prohibited).
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
- Attempt to access accounts or data without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including malware, bots, or denial-of-service attacks).
- Circumvent safety or access controls.
We may remove content and/or suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
6) Safety, Moderation, and Enforcement
We may (but are not obligated to) monitor, review, remove, or disable access to content that we believe violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law. We may take enforcement actions including warnings, content removal, account restrictions, or termination.
7) AI-Assisted Features; Outputs
If the Service offers AI-assisted creative tools, outputs may be generated automatically and may be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing or relying on them. Do not use outputs in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
8) Third-Party Services
The Service may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services and your use of them is governed by their terms and policies.

Our collection and use of information is described in the Coslia Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
10) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end immediately.
11) Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coslia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Coslia does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coslia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
13) Changes to the Service or Terms
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice within the Service or by other reasonable means. The updated Terms are effective when posted with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
14) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Coslia Team's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action, except where prohibited by applicable law. The arbitrator may award relief only to the extent necessary to resolve the individual claim.
